GOOD HABITS, GOOD LIFE
In my case they can be reduced to 3, anything else should come after:

HEALTH
Diet and Exercise. Basically, eat healthy, take care of your body and do not forget to schedule your medical examinations regularly: “Better safe than sorry”. Do not forget to rest and get enough sleep, this is vital, do not neglect this aspect, EVER.

STRESS
Avoid stress at all costs, it will take away your life without notice. Learn how to identify it and what triggers it and stop it early. Get used to disconnecting and participate in other activities that soothe your mind to recover from your concerns.

PEOPLE
Take care of your people: family, friends, co-workers and all those people close to you. Devote time to and for them and make the most of it when they are around. Do not hide your emotions. Your generosity will bring you back enormous benefits (and of course, I am not talking about money).
If you do not take care of this TRINITY, everything else makes no sense, it will not matter, you will not achieve your goals, or if you accomplish them, it will be at the expense of a high price, maybe your health, your people or your head. TO PUT IT SIMPLY, IT IS NOT WORTH IT, FIND A BALANCE IN YOUR LIFE.
